Trident Defense Institute advises that before you begin these regimens in earnest you contact your doctor to make sure you can handle the physical nature of the exercises.

We advise you to use weights that are within your capabilties. It is easy to injure yourself if you do not properly prepare your body to withstand the forces of high intensity training.

Always use training blades when practicing your knife work. DO NOT use real knives.
