Shadow Boxing
 
Redirect Hit Cross
Redirect hit drill. Individual/Partner Curriculum.

Use the demonstration shadow boxing drills to put together (3) 3-minute rounds.

Remember to remain relaxed - move around and allow your muscles and joints to warm up properly before you start to increase the pace.

 
Redirect Hit Cross Hook Rear Kick
Redirect hit drill. Individual/Partner Curriculum.
 


Heavy Bag
 
Redirect Hit Cross
Redirect hit drill. Individual Curriculum.

Utilizing all previous techniques and drills combined with new technique and drills and put together 3-3 minute rounds of training on the heavy bag.

Warning: do not go too hard on the heavy bag initially. Take your time and get used to the feel of training on the heavy bag. It will keep you from getting injured and allow you to progress at a faster pace.

 
Redirect Hit Cross Hook Rear Kick

Sprint, Power, Endurance Round - Heavy Bag
 
Jab Cross
Heavy bag required for this sprint round.

Jab cross double rear kick as many times as you can in 30 seconds. Then rest for 15 seconds and repeat until you've completed a four minute 15 second round.

Heavy bag required for this sprint round.
 


Cooldown
 
Medium Range Empty Hand Vs Single Knife Cover Hit
Medium range empty hand and single knife.

Practice this motion for approximately 5 minutes.

 
Knife Vs Empty Hand Cover Hit Follow Up
Knife vs empty hand drill. Training blade required.
