Practical High Intensity Training
Sample PHIT™ Class

The PHIT™ program was founded by Navy SEAL (Retired) Patrick Tray.  From the time he decided to become a Navy SEAL, through SEAL training, to his career in the SEAL Teams (to include 13 years as a member of SEAL Team Six), and his martial arts training at a competitive level, fitness has been an integral part of his everyday life.

Pat has tried just about every form of training possible from strength training, endurance training, training for speed and reflexes, cross training, circuit training, obscure training (log PT, obstacle course, carrying and lifting odd shaped objects), etc. He has also competed in long runs, long swims, cycling (road racing, time trials), mountain biking, triathlons, grappling, Thai boxing, full contact stick fighting, and motocross. Through trial and error, he has learned that no one type of training will successfully maintain his high level of fitness.

The program incorporates the most effective aspects of a variety of training techniques and combines them into one practical high intensity training program that meets the wide spectrum of benefits we look to achieve in a work out.

People are motivated to work out for a variety of reasons: to lose weight, to gain strength, to increase endurance, and in general to look better.  PHIT™ is an intense fitness program that focuses on natural body movements and mechanics to help you achieve your desired results.

The PHIT program focuses on functional strength and efficient endurance. While helping you to achieve your personal goals, our training will enhance your ability to accomplish your day-to-day tasks with ease.

PHIT is the fitness program developed to enhance the Total Defense System.
