| Forms to register for our May 29, 2009 Apprentice I Instructor Camp can be found here.
There is a $135 non-refundable registration fee. The fee is included in the price once you post for the camp. The fee mitigates expenses incurred in preparation for adding a new Instructor.

| Payment |
| TDI accepts all forms of payment for Instructor Camps. Payment is due in full seven (7) days before the Camp start date. |

| Monthly Fees |
| All TDI Instructors must pay a $24.95 monthly membership fee for 12 months after completing each Instructor Camp. This fee allows you access to all the videos available online including the online training program, which provides 300 progressive training classes. Instructors also get access to every one of the hundreds of training videos available in the TDI store. These videos will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
