Perfect practice makes perfect.

Each drill consists of several combinations that start with each leading technique. Many combinations begin with the jab, and even more begin after being on the defensive. Practice each combination until the movements are automatic and you do not have to focus on what the next move will be.

Some drills, like those that use the focus mitts and thai pads, require a partner.

When you feel like you have mastered a particular focus drill, mark it as complete. The TDI logo will make it easy for you to see how quickly you can learn the combinations. The movements will become second nature. When you feel this happen, mark the drill as complete.

If you decide you need a little more practice or want to relearn a difficult combination, click the large logo on the individual video page.
