Trident Defense Institute's Total Defense System and Practical High Intensity Training (PHIT™) have certication programs.

Certification is not easy and you will be required to test out of each Phase if completed before the timeframe designated in the TDI Guidelines. For example, the TDS Phase I program is approximately 100 classes.

Once you have been certified in one of our programs you will be invited to one of our Instructorship seminars held quarterly. This is a two day training and evaluation seminar to insure that each individual seeking instructorship is affluent in all techniques and training drills in that particular Phase in which you seek instructorship.

After successfully completing the seminar you will receive your instructor certificate for your phase. After completing all three Instructorship seminars you will be a Full Instructor in accordance with the TDI Guidelines.

TDI will help market you in your area and provide you with marketing and training materials.

Certification

At the end of each Phase you will receive a certificate for completion and at the end of Phase III you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Trident Defense Institute.

Instructorship

Instructorship is only available to TDI members. TDS Phase I instructors receive their first year apprenticeship, Phase II instructors receive their second year associate instructorship and Phase III instructors receive their Full Instructorship.

There are two methods of becoming an Instructor in Trident Defense Institute's Total Defense System.

Instructorship through our Instructor camp is also available. We will run instructor camp for Phase I and II every 3 months and a camp for Phase III every 6 months. These camps are 6 days at a minimum of 6 hours a day.

At the end of the camp you will be certified as a Phase I, II, or III Instructor depending on what Instructor camp you attended. For this program you must be a TDI member.

All Instructorship programs come with additional DVDs to cover the curriculum and training drills for that phase, pointers for teaching it a why we teach it the way we do. In addition to the DVDs you receive structured classes ready to be taught for each phase and marketing information.

Certification and Instructorship

Two-day PHIT™ certification and instructorship seminars will be conducted at the TDI training facility in Woodbridge VA.

Once certified as a PHIT™ trainer TDI will promote your business through our website and advertising.
