The Trident Defense Institute (TDI) instructor program is an intensive and progressive training program. The program is designed to take someone with some prior martial arts experience and/or someone that lives an athletic life-style and put them through a intensive 4 day training program. This intense training program will give them the experience, technical capability, and knowledge of the Total Defense System to initiate a combat proven self-defense program at their already existing martial arts school or a new martial arts school.

The initial block of training is intensive and packed with information. You will be taught a curriculum designed by Mr. Tray based on his combat, military and martial arts experience. Individually his military or martial arts knowledge and capability are elite among elite, however, his combined experience is unequalled in the military or martial arts world. Not only is his background unprecedented, his unique ability to teach and ensure everything is being properly absorbed by each and every student stands alone.

Eighty five to ninety percent of the people that enter into a martial arts school are looking for 2 things: self defense and fitness. This is what Trident Defense Institutes Total Defense system will provide you, the ability to fulfill both of these request. Not only will we give the ability to teach a realistic and practical self defense program, but through our training methods you will learn an extensive fitness program.

The program consist of 4 separate blocks of intensive training. They are Apprentice Instructor I, Apprentice Instructor II, Associate Instructor and Full Instructor . After your initial block of training, the Apprentice I you will receive your Apprentice I instructorship. This includes an Instructor Certificate, DVD of your training course, 30 example classes and package of information to help facilitate starting your own martial arts school or adding to your current one. The information package will provide examples of and information on the curriculum (this includes explanation of every technique, to include where it fits in with real life situations), belt ranking system, price examples, student equipment list, release of reliability and much more. All additional blocks of training (Apprentice Instructor II, Associate Instructor, and Full Instructor) will come with comparable packages adapted to that level of instructorship.

After the Apprentice Instructor I training camp you will be able to easily run classes for 6 - 18 months (depending on how aggressive your training program is) before needing to attend the Apprentice Instructor II training camp to keep your students progressive. A way to look at is that is that if you attended and complete the Apprentice Instructor I camp you will have the ability to run an exciting and aggressive self defense program for approximately one year before your students are ready to progress. After completing the Apprentice Instructor II camp you will poses the ability to run a 2 year program, after the Associate Instructor camp a 3 year program and after the Full Instructor camp a 4 year and longer program.
