Sprint Drills on the Heavy Bag
Sprinting also is done in conjunction with your technique combinations and training drills. The concept is the same as running wind sprints. You punch or kick as many times as you can for a short amount of time, rest a short time and repeat the process several times. An example of a punching sprint may be cross, hook, cross 30 seconds with a 15 second break repeated 5 times. Again you should do sprints I conjunction with as your technique drills and not during them.
